Instructions for Printing Booklets Copies should be made double sided. As an example: for an 8-page booklet, pages 1 and 8 are paired on one page and printed together, then pages 2/7, 3/6, and 4/5. Thus, pages 1/8 are copied with pages 2/7 on the reverse side. Then pages 3/6 are copied with pages 4/5 on the reverse side. These are then assembled in order and folded in half. These same principles apply no matter how long the booklet. We have organized all booklets with even pages so that booklets may be created easily. The specifics of how to accomplish this with one's particular photocopy machine will differ from machine to machine. When the file is open in Acrobat, click on FILE, then PAGE SETUP. Select the proper paper size: Letter. Next, click on PROPERTIES (this may vary from computer to computer; it may also be called ADVANCED). Be sure the layout orientation is LANDSCAPE.
